Ep3:
I started this blog primarily to keep track of interesting media I find all across the interwebs. Then I realized that other people might be interested, as well. Occasionally I provide interesting insight and commentary on topics that interest me.
I always had the idea in the back of my mind that one of the things I’d do if I were to ever learn Flash (which never happened, despite the 10-15 books I own on the subject that are collecting dust on a shelf and most likely covering Flash of 2-3 versions ago.) would be to create and app in which you could generate music via a phone interface. But this is better:
I’m serious, my work is giving them away. But I also have a couple in
storage I’d like to get rid of, as well. If you would like a monitor
or five, let me know. Free to good homes. Offer good while supplies
last.
So this is a bit of a plug for Fuego’s. The owners of the restaurant
are the parents of one of my coworkers (and he informed me his wife
makes the desserts). They are probably best described as “Baja
Mexican” cuisine. So when Leon Phelps asks you if you’d like a fish
sandwich, you’d better reply, “Yes, I’d like to try the ahi sandwich
at Fuego’s.”
I mean it, this thing is delicious. I keep meaning to try their other
offerings each time I go there but the ahi sandwich wins out everytime.
If you won’t take my word for it, maybe you’ll trust the Austin Chronicle
Where are they, you ask?
